needs:user: deploy the Solid App Store (DNS A record + go-live consent + publisher WebID)

The Solid App Store is built + public. To go LIVE (as the 10th pod-app subdomain, per docs/DEPLOY.md) needs three maintainer inputs:

1. **DNS** — add an A record `apps.solid-test.jeswr.org -> 35.179.26.2` (per-subdomain HTTP-01, matching the other 9 pod-apps).
2. **Go-live consent for the 7 currently-gated apps** — the 6 finance products (AccessRadar/Keystone/CapNote/Provena/Strongroom/Furlong) + the FDC3 demo. They currently render as **'Coming soon'** cards (repo link, no launch). Confirm: keep as Coming-soon, hide, or green-light specific ones to deploy + launch.
3. **Publisher WebID** — the catalog stamps `dct:publisher`/`foaf:maker` (placeholder `https://id.jeswr.org/me`); confirm the canonical WebID.

Build is verified (lint+tsc+200 tests+build green; launch carries only the public WebID, never a token). Deploy runs from the main session on your go-ahead (live box untouched so far). 🤖 filed by the PSS agent.
