Bitdefender AV reporting malicious behavior in lazygit on Windows

Just had this happen today; been using lazygit on Windows without issues. Could be a false positive (I don't know enough to know)

Bitdefender doesn't seem to give me any details, unfortunately. Just shows this

I haven't had this happen before, though I mostly use lazygit on Linux.
