LLM output requires a different kind of scrutiny to hand-typed code. Assisted-By: {} commit messages can help reviewers get into the "right" mindset

**Describe the solution you'd like**
If lazygit suspects that there's an assistant at play (due to the presence of give-away files like CLAUDE.md, .claude, .gemini, etc), it can provide a checkbox in the commit dialog to append Assisted-By:. the default behaviour can be configured.

- manually entering
- not notifying
- not using lazygit to make commits
