Add MISE as install option

## Consider updating README to add instructions to use MISE.

```bash
# Could be this simple to install MISE + lazygit
curl https://mise.run | sh
mise install lazygit@latest
mise use -g lazygit
```

## MISE (mise-en-place is french for putting in place)
