Action panel for faster commands

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I want a keybind that allows to quickly execute actions via text. Like vscode ctrl+p does. It could simplify the process of learning the keybinds if someone just types "rebase" it shows "interactive rebase" and the associated keybind.

Its also very helpful for actions that aren't used frequently.
