Support ignoring via range select

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to be able to add multiple files to `.gitignore` or `.git/info/exclude` by range selecting them in the files view.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Similar to #3259 and #3276, select a range of files and then ignore using the existing workflow.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
No alternatives considered, this is a simple feature.
