Description
Please provide a Windows installer for developers who don't have Go `/bin`, neither scoop or chocolatey set up in their PATH, and don't know how to install an `.exe` into their PATH.
Or provide instructions in the README.
Unfortunately, I can not contribute this, as I'm fortunately not using that Microsoft™ crap, and I have zero knowledge regarding it, which I don't plan to change.
