Description

**Describe the bug**
currently using Windows 11, the path to cmd is in my %PATH%.
When running `lazygit` in both Command Prompt and Powershell it throws this error:
`*exec.Error exec: "cmd": executable file not found in %PATH%`
which is strange as I do have cmd in my %PATH%

**To Reproduce**
N/A

**Expected behavior**
Lazygit will start
