Different profiles for different projects

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

I'm working in different projects in different scopes:

- personal projects
- projects at work
- side projects

For all of them I'm using different email addresses, different names and different GPG keys for my Git commits.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

It would be nice when `lazygit` can handle different profiles like [GitKraken can do](https://support.gitkraken.com/start-here/profiles/).
