Description
Lazygit just hangs on load. No interface is drawn.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. start lazygit from git bash command line
**Expected behavior**
Lazygit interface loads

- OS: Windows 10
- Lazygit Version commit=4b55b2e7fca96dcdf2a25c6d66e4545a4f184db1, build date=2020-11-05T10:34:26Z, build source=binaryRelease, version=0.23.7, os=windows, arch=amd64
**Additional context**
I'm running this in the git bash shell. Running under CMD works fine.
