[Doubt] Shortcuts change possible ?

Like shift+tab and just tab changes options selection window so is it possible to change those shortcuts to ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab ? The Reason for setting this is because i have great control over these shortcuts for moving forward or backward (i am quite habitual with these shortcuts because of default browser shortcuts) so was wondering if it is possible or not with any config or if we have to rebuild then can you guide what files to change :-))
