[Feature Request] Make log output stick to the bottom after scrolling up

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Yes, as far as I know, there's no way to make the terminal stick back to the bottom after scrolling up. I see there's
the ability to scroll past the bottom, but doing this doesn't cause the terminal output to stick.

**Additional context**
Default terminals will auto-stick to the bottom when scrolling down/scrolling past the last line
