Description
Add a /public/* route prefix that bypasses all auth. Share button must always point to /public/apps/name, never to an authed endpoint.
Why: A demo link that requires login from the audience is dead on arrival.

Research direction
Start by tracing the route registration and the share-button URL generation; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Verify that /public/* routes work without a JWT and that the share button always produces /public/apps/name, including for an unauthenticated visitor.
