Description
The implementation is fairly simple on an Apache server, so I think adding a Link header might work in an APIG/Lambda environment. Maybe. Any thoughts on this are welcome.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First determine whether HTTP/2 Server Push via a Link header is supported in an APIG/Lambda environment; done would require a concrete, agreed implementation scope rather than an open-ended experiment.
