Description
Set up continuous integration for testing of pipeline. The following functions should have unit-tests written for them:
- [ ] Ciftify/mri2mesh running
- [ ] Tetrahedral projection algorithm (tetrapro)
- [ ] Bayesian optimization (compare to densely sampled grid?)
- [ ] Surface patch generation
- [ ] Geometry library (geolib)
