[JENKINS-57097] [pipeline] can not update the Jenkinsfile from a gerrit commit

We use Gerrit to manage the  Jenkinsfile,  update the Jenkinsfile from the gerrit repo, unfortunately,  the plugin cannot update the Jenkinsfile from a gerrit commit, so it is hard to debug  the Jenkinsfile, the commit must  be merged then debug the Jenkinsfile, it is not friendly.
