[JENKINS-56424] TAP publisher created duplicates of tests results in aggregator report

so im using a pipeline script and at 4 stages im archiving tap tests using tap publisher. When it is showing the aggregated report it shows dupicates like it shows like archived same report multiple times. if i have 4 stages (stage 1 reports showed up 4 times, stage 3 - 3time like that )

Start with the pipeline script that archives TAP results in four stages and inspect the TAP publisher's aggregated report. Done means each stage's archived results appears once rather than being repeated according to the number of later stages.
