[JENKINS-49577] delete bundle has no confirmation

the delete bundle feature of the plugin has no confirmation that you really want to "delete the bundle"

As this is a destructive operation it should have confirmation - especially as you may think if you do not read like I very nearly did that this allows you to download an existing bundle.

As this is a destructive operation it should have confirmation - especially as you may think if you do not read like I very nearly did that this allows you to download an existing bundle.

Start at the support-core-plugin's delete bundle feature and trace the UI entry point for the destructive action. Confirm that the user must explicitly approve deletion before it proceeds, and verify the existing bundle deletion flow still works afterward.
