Description

We want to simplify the ability to create in the OSS tracker. For that the user gives a subject/description of the problem, its Jira credentials (or maybe we could use SSO ?) and the options to generate a bundle.

I have in mind something like proposed by Jira and similar products. See the doc here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/getting-help-185729600.html

It requires to have JENKINS-21670">JENKINS-21670 which must be enabled by default to not risk to disclose publicly users informations

Research direction

The issue names the support-core-plugin component and links Jira's getting-help documentation, but no source file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the plugin's bundle-generation and tracker-integration entry points, then clarify the authentication and anonymization requirements. Done requires an agreed, tested flow for creating the tracker issue and submitting the bundle.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
