[JENKINS-6281] SVN checkout takes very long on Tomcat with 64bit-JVM

Hello there,

today I've updated the Hudson-Server from Version 1.351 to 1.354. With it, I've updated the plugins. For example the Subversion Plugin.

But from now on, a checkout of the repository takes 10 Minutes - every time. Before updating the plugin it takes about 1 minute.

What happened here?

Is there a known bug about the checkout-process of the subversion-plugin.

Please help me soon.
