[JENKINS-67755] SVN Checkout in jenkins

We are trying to check out the SVN repository in one of the windows Slave nodes via the Jenkins freestyle job, using the credential as private key and passphrase, but getting the error "Unable to access the repository"(Please refer to the below image). If I try to checkout SVN repo on the slave without Jenkins then it works fine.

Could someone please help us to solve this problem?
