Add option to use chromedriver plugin supplied chromedriver

The jenkins chromedriver plugin installs the correct chromedriver binary for the jenkins master and slaves automatically when used. It would be beneficial to add an option to simply use that fixed install path for the chromedriver for example by the way of a checkbox, or perhaps there's a way to determine that the plugin is installed so we could then simply detect that and use the path automatically without user configuration.
