Unable to Connect to Selenium Grid from Jenkins Master(as Hub) to a Remote Windows Machine(as Node)

Description
Have installed Selenium Plugin latest version in Jenkins and set the Host to 0.0.0.0 and port to 4444. After this the Selenium HUB was up and running as per the console log
After this when I tried to connect to HUB started in Jenkins Master, from a Remote Windows Machine, as a node using ChromeDriver, it wasnt connecting.
Could you please provide your help in this, if it would be possible at all to connect to HUB from a remote machine?
