Support for new experimental Dashboard view

Hi,

I would love if this plugin fully supported new experimental Dashboard view [jenkins#11208](https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/11208)

Currently this plugin is incompatible with experimental dashboard
- missing left pane: queue, build executor status
- duplicate of views tab

This issue was mentioned in [jenkins#18530](https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/issues/18530)

Start by reading Jenkins PR #11208 and issue #18530 to understand the experimental Dashboard view and its compatibility expectations. Then trace how this plugin renders the left pane and views tab; done means the queue and build executor status are present without a duplicate views tab.
