[JENKINS-65045] config cannot be modified.

Can't save changes to job configs, Save button doesn't work, Apply button shows an error.

When I checked it, I got an error only when using the postbuild-task-plugin.

And each button has been removed from the config edit screen.

You will also see a message saying "The Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy header has been ignored,".
