List skipped plugins when `--skip-broken` argument is used

### What feature do you want to see added?

When running this, it's difficult to track down which plugin is causing an issue as the whole run fails. on a long enough list, it becomes impossible. When using --skip-broken, perhaps it can output a list of what was skipped?
