[JENKINS-8359] Plots page completely empty since 1.4

Since upgrading the Plots plugin to 1.4 the plots page (i.e. "/job/foo/plot/") has only the group title and an empty drop-down with no options or graphs. Downgrading to 1.3 via Hudson's Update Manager restores this page to working. This is on a free-style job (I have no other types to compare with).

There appears to be no issues with recording plot data or obvious formatting errors in the CSV file (although plots may have special needs that I don't know here).

Nothing appears in any of Hudson's logs when loading the page.

Let me know if attaching the CSV file or config.xml or something else would help.
