[JENKINS-48714] Post-Build Action does not show links to downstream builds

When configuring a Post Build Action to trigger a build via the "Trigger parameterized build on other projects" the link to the downstream build is missing.

Jenkins Version: 2.73.3

Plugin Version: 2.35.2

I'm unable to provide build logs, both configuration (normal-build-steps and post-build) files attached
