[JENKINS-29552] Post Build Trigger Parameterized build option for ignoring offline nodes

I am trying to trigger a build from Post Build Actions using "NodeLabel Parameter".

However, this plugin does not come with the option to ignore offline nodes similar to what we have in "All Nodes for Label Factory". Due to this, the jobs keep on waiting if there is no node online with the label provided in "NodeLabel Paramter".

I think, this feature would help to avoid unnecessary waiting of jobs in case of offline nodes.
