[JENKINS-21975] Add notice about the combination of ivy plugin and parameterizrd-trigger plugin

In JENKINS-15002">JENKINS-15002, it is reported that parameterized-trigger plugin deos not work with ivy plugin, as ivy plugin handles DependencyGraph in its own manner.

Is it still so?

If so, I'll add notices in the wiki page of parameterized-trigger.

(I'd like you do so also in the wiki page of ivy plugin).
