Add health check mechanism for provisioned nodes

Would it be possible to add health check mechanism for checking node health and if it doesn't pass, node is automatically scheduled for termination? Such health check policy could be part of template configuration and could be configurable set of rules such as running command/script or checking accessibility of specific location.

If possible, it could be implemented via SPI so pull requests with additional possible checks would be easier to make.
