Feature: Pool retention type

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to add a pool retention policy with idle time. The idea would be I can say I always want 2 server for 6 hours and once idle after that period (6 hours) they will be recreated. It could even allow for more to be spawned when needed if all executors are taken on the two up to a pool max for the template.
