Description
Please add support for Cinder volumes in templates.
I would suggest two different behaviors:
1. Cinder volume would be created with slave and deleted with slave. User will specify cinder volume size.
2. User manually creates cinder volume and this volume would be specified in slave template and volume would be connected to provisioned slave.
