Is this plugin still supported?

I'm having a hard time installing this plugin and want to know if it is still supported. I see on the wiki

I can't search for this plugin, and unzipping it into the plugins directory on jenkins doesn't seem to do anything.

If it's not, would there be someone kind enough to point towards alternative solutions other than getting the server whitelisted?
