Description

### What feature do you want to see added?

It will be fine to have somthing like executor (inspired by nodes) on on resource.

Currently we need to duplicate resources and we allocate resources by labels.

But we need to create over 500 dummy resources for that. This break the LRM overview totaly
One resource with count 500 will eliminate that.

Ex: Create a resource VRA-RAM-SERVER1 with labels 'VRA-RAM' with executor count 4000
and then let it lock like
```
lock(resource : 'VRA-RAM-SERVER1', quantity : 8) { ... do your think ... )}
```
or
```
lock(label: 'VRA-RAM', quantity : 8) { ... do your think ... )}
```
In both cases shall allocate 8 executors from resources 'VRA-RAM-SERVER1'
