Description
There is no option in Manage Jenkins or even in the task that allows setting the maximum lockable quantity of the resource.
How can I set the maximum allowed amount of the resource?
For example, let's say each job needs 4 quantity, but if the maximum is 9 only two jobs allowed to execute concurrently.
