In test results history graph, when switching graph from "duration" to "count", the tootltips still display duration of builds.

Start in the junit-plugin implementation of the test-results history graph and reproduce switching from “duration” to “count.” Trace how the graph tooltip is populated for each mode; done means count-mode tooltips show counts rather than build durations, while duration-mode tooltips remain correct.
