Conditionally disable "History" and "Test Result Trend"

### What feature do you want to see added?

I have a pipeline that when it's executed can test multiple projects and on every run the system under test could change. So in this specific case the "History" page and the "Test Result Trend" chart does not make any sense. Should be helpful have a configuration to disable those features.
