Add an ability to provide image family name instead of image name

### What feature do you want to see added?

When creating an agent, you can pass an additional image name argument under advanced section. However, my toolchain periodically creates new image and deletes the old one while keeping the image family name same.

Having an option to provide image family instead of image name for the agent to be created would remove the need to configure clouds again and again when a new image is created.
