Template selection drop down menu list is cutted

Happening on latest version.
When you have a lot of instance templates (thousand ++), you cannot see them all in the `Template to use` drop down list.
We already have instance templates retention set in place, but this is still not enough, and the number of instance templates keeps growing.
If we want to create a new instance from UI we simply cannot do it because the instance template we want to use is simply not listed.
