Not sure if that's the intended behaviour, but there is nog GitHub check related to https://ci.jenkins.io/job/Plugins/job/google-compute-engine-plugin/
Unfortunately, I cannot access https://jenkins.cloudgraphite-cicd.net/, even though I granted access with my GitHub account.
Could it be possible to add the check to the ci.jenkins.io repo? Or enable access to jenkins.cloudgraphite-cicd.net?
