Trigger conditional based on regex in comment

## Feature request

Would be great if we could trigger only when regex is matched in the comment.
My pipeline also triggers a push to the same branch, so i am ending in a loop, could prevent that by adding comments in the push and filter on them in the trigger.

Think quite a lot of useful use cases, hope this can be taken up ?
