Env variables lack description

## Issue
Environment variables listed at https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitlab-plugin#defined-variables lack description

### Problem description

It can be hard to guess which each of those supposed to be and when it's defined (it's not obvious from the name, i.e. `gitlabBefore`). A short 1-2 sentence description for each variable would help.
