[JENKINS-75546] SSH CLI shows incorrect Authorities

When calling who-am-i command via SSH CLI I get only authenticated authority, while when checking via whoAmI URL I get correct list of authorities:

This makes the SSH CLI unusable, as I'm not able to perform any action (I'm not getting my admin permissions, projects are on project based security).

I suspect it might be related to GitLab Authentication plugin, but I have no idea how to debug it.
