as per https://github.com/jenkinsci/github-branch-source-plugin/pull/744#issuecomment-1812440162 and https://github.com/jenkinsci/github-branch-source-plugin/pull/745#issuecomment-1812463787
the test connection of a GitHub app credential will fail when the owner of the credential is left blank (and the app is installed into multiple organisations).
