### Reproduction steps

- Create a multibranch pipeline using Git plugin
- In Bitbucket create a webhooks, where Pull Request triggers are actived (like: opened, modified, deleted)
- Create or update a pull-request

### Expected Results

Multibranch pipeline using the git plugin should have been triggered based on the webhook triggers

### Actual Results

Bitbucket says the webhook triggered, but nothing happens in Jenkins

### Anything else?

Jenkins log also shows nothing
