Popup documentation for tag in Git Publisher states:
Environment variables may be used in the tag name - they will be replaced at build time.
It would be great if this text also included how to access the variables. It appears to be a simple $ prefix on Mac but is that platform specific? Just another sentence in the documentation here could really help.
