[JENKINS-54691] git plugins error

if someone input a error gitlab address in his project,when he is using the lable (build with parameters),then everyone who uses the same jenkins will can not  open the lable(build with parameter)  correctly。 when one project has wrong address,it is unreasonable to influence others. following is the logs screenshot. I hope to find a resolution for this.thank you very much!
