[JENKINS-39430] Add Unsuccessful Message File option to Gerrit Trigger in Pipeline

I am trying to use a pipeline job with gerrit-trigger. However under gerrit reporting and custom build message "Unsuccessful Message File" option is missing.

Creating a freestyle job does give me the option. Can we have this option for pipeline jobs too?

Start in the gerrit-trigger-plugin's Pipeline job configuration and compare it with the freestyle job's Gerrit reporting and custom build message options. Trace how "Unsuccessful Message File" is exposed, then verify that a Pipeline job can configure and use the option.
