The documentation does not tell how to use the trigger.
i.e in my case I am running the job in question exclusively on the Jenkins master node, and am trying to monitor a directory in /data, i.e /data/imports. I have it set up as follows
Monitor Folder-
/data/import

H/5 * * * *
